Wow, Mahekal Beach Front Resort & Spa truly exceeded our expectations! the staff at Fuego Restaurante y Cantina, especially David and Gilberto, made our dining experience exceptional, and the meals were simply delicious with a touch of Mexico that we couldn't get enough of. The location of the resort is perfect for exploring Playa del Carmen, with easy access to the city center and stunning ocean views right at our doorstep. the grounds were beautifully landscaped, giving us a sense of tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle of the area. the spa was a true sanctuary, where we indulged in relaxing treatments that left us feeling rejuvenated and ready to take on the day. We loved spending time at the Sandbox, a special spot at Fuego that offered us unique experiences like Lobster Dinners on the Beach and personalized romantic dinners. the poolside dining at the infinity-edge pool was the perfect setting for savoring delicious meals while taking in the breathtaking ocean views. Overall, our stay at Mahekal was a delightful blend of relaxation, exquisite cuisine, and authentic Mexican hospitality that we will cherish forever.
